Fabrice Bernhard, cofounder of software consultancy Theodo, shares his career story and career advice for young people. Theodo builds digital products for a range of clients such as startups like MADE.com and large corporations such as Admiral. Fabrice leads a team of 40+ web engineers in London and is responsible for the tech-side of the business i.e the quality and innovation of the technology that they produce.
