Lucien Bowater, Managing Director of Sky Innovation Labs, shares his top tips for students and young professionals trying to find their dream career. Sky Innovation Labs is a new in-house innovation centre from Sky, which houses engineers and developers who focus on tackling Sky’s big challenges with innovative solutions.

Lucien went from not knowing what he wanted to do as a teenager, to getting one of the most senior roles at one of the UK’s biggest media companies (they currently have around 30,000 employees). In this interview he shares what he’s learned throughout his career journey and the advice he wishes he could give his younger self.
