How to Follow Your Passions  - Amit Gudka, Bulb Energy

We were delighted to welcome Amit Gudka, cofounder of Bulb Energy, to share some of his career advice for young people as part of the Circl Interview Series. Bulb is a renewable energy supplier that launched in 2015. It now supplies 1.7 million homes across the UK with green gas and electricity. The team has grown to over 750 people based in London and has annual revenues above £1.5 billion. Amit shares the career path he took that led to him co-founding Bulb (which included setting up his own underground record label), as well as his passions, the challenges he’s faced and the lessons he’s learned throughout his career.

He also shares his career advice for young adults and students looking to discover their passion or figure out which career path to take. Some of the areas discussed include:
