Circl is proud to partner with The BAME Apprentice Network. A multi-faceted organisation created to change the landscape of apprenticeships and close the diversity gap. They not only provide a support network and opportunities for apprentices but also work with employers and learning providers to assist them in their DEI journey.

As part of their ongoing campaign to promote apprenticeships they run the BAME Apprenticeship Awards in partnership with Pearson celebrating the outstanding work and achievement of apprentices from Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic groups (BAME) and inspiring BAME apprentices to reach the pinnacles of success in their field. The awards also raise the profile of determined employers and training providers who are forging paths for diversity, inclusion and equality in the workplace such as BBC, Virgin Media, Severn Trent, British Army, Royal Navy and Lloyds Banking group.

At Circl we believe in a world where anyone can learn to lead, regardless of their background. We believe in a new kind of leadership – one that has empathy, diversity and empowerment at its core. It's great to see that our mission aligns with the work of BAME Apprentice Network coupled with this great opportunity to provide more apprentices across the UK a place on our Leadership Development Programme.

The BAME Apprentice Network apprentices will be trained in coaching and leadership skills alongside managers from top businesses such as Facebook, Google, Uber, Ebay, Virgin Media O2, Innocent, British Land and Allen & Overy. Our Future Leaders are treated as complete equals to the professionals on the programme, where they will coach and be coached by one another and at the end everyone receives a certification that's awarded by the Association for Coaching.
