Circl Leadership Experience:

Online Module One ~ Students


Welcome to the first online module on the Circl Leadership Experience. This module is designed to make you reflect on the content from the first session and give you some time to think about what is coming up in the second session.

THE MODULE is broken down into 6 parts:

  1. A short quiz on the content from Session 1 (5 minutes)

  2. A group discussion, facilitated by your teacher, on how the skill you’ve learnt are useful in different scenarios. (5 minutes)

  3. A short message from you to your coach, thanking them and explaining how you’ve used what you’ve learnt so far. (2 minutes)

  4. An assessment of your coaches coaching skills (1 minute).

  5. A reflective survey on what you learnt in the first session. (2 minutes)

  6. A brief introduction to the topics that will be explored in Session 2. (2 minutes)

The 2nd Circl Session with your coach will focus on being able to build trust with people through listening effectively and understand their intentions and motivations behind what they say.
